Ceridian Dayforce Implementation Specialist (RFI)

Request for Information

The Partnership is looking to determine interest and receive information from Proponents on their approach and capabilities in planning and implementing Dayforce modules that meet the Partnership’s business requirements. In particular, the Partnership would like to receive information regarding the below:

• Approach, capabilities and relevant experience in reviewing existing configurations and determining required changes to implement the Workforce Management module within Dayforce.
• Approach, capabilities and relevant experience in implementing Dayforce modules based on a client’s business requirements. Potential modules include but not limited to:
  • Recruiting
  • Onboarding
  • Succession Planning
  • Performance Management
  • Engagement (surveys and administration)
  • Position Management
  • Benefits
  • Learning and Development

This RFI is being used to gauge interest and to support the development of a possible future Request for Proposals (RFP).
