Since 2010, the Partnership has been using CRM for this purpose.

The Partnership is seeking the services from a vendor with proven experience and understanding of CRM tools to:
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions tools to meet Partner-ship business requirements and CASL compliance (see Appendix A)
- Migrate from current environment to new tools
- Co-lead the roll-out of training to staff on how and why they should use the new tools in their work
- Co-create an operational model, in collaboration with the Partnership team, for the ongoing maintenance of the system
