Employee Engagement Survey and Recognition Platform

The Canadian Partnership Against Cancer (“the Partnership or CPAC”) is a non-profit organization, with a workforce of 150 employees across Canada. We work in a hybrid model, with most staff working remotely from home.The Partnership is looking to secure an online employee engagement survey tool and implement a recognition platform.

Purpose/Objectives

In order to support healthy employee engagement, the Partnership needs tools that allow employees to provide feedback and recognize each other’s efforts, successes and milestones.

Employee Engagement Solutions (Surveys)

Since 2018, the Partnership has been using an Employee Survey Platform (WorkTango). In order to continue to provide employees with an avenue to voice their thoughts, the Partnership is looking for an employee engagement tool that offers the ability to:

  • Measure employee engagement levels. Evaluate employee satisfaction and emotional commitment to the organization across a number of factors including but not limited to enablement, leadership, culture, well-being, etc.
  • Determine key engagement drivers and areas of improvement across the organization and divisions.
  • Generate reports and dashboards that provide insights into the data collected via the platform and aid in strategic decision making. Analyze trends over time to determine areas of improvement and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives deployed to improve engagement.
  • Aid Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) work through the deployment and analysis of the Self-ID survey.

Recognition Platform

The Partnership is replacing an annual, in-person gala style recognition event with an online recognition tool that can be used by all employees across Canada in real time. The recognition platform should nurture a supportive, positive and inclusive work culture; boost employee morale; and reinforce CPAC’s values and desired employee behaviours.
